The road to hell is paved with good intentions. 

Soozi Jung, an aspiring artist, finally faces the adversity of losing her parents when she is unable to finish paintings for an upcoming show. She decides to confront Daniel Walker, her late father's partner, and the only person to have witnessed the moments that led up to their great loss. As Daniel struggles to open up to her, Soozi recalls a core memory from childhood: the night her parents decided to become fugitives to their head-of-state, the Kaiser Khöpr. 

The story of Robust Heat tells the saga of Roderick Jung, Soozi's father, and what her parents sacrificed to make sure the people they loved lived to prosper. 

Grief is not the price that we pay for love, it is a bittersweet reminder that they go hand in hand.
