No World Books is proud to present Moon Castle Museum, a new publication by “Bechhi” Ayumi Bessho. This booklet coincides with a new exhibition of the same name at Lucky's Books in Vancouver, BC which presents the booklet in its entirety (with an additional outtake on the final wall). This is the first solo exhibition of Ayumi Bessho’s work in North America.

Each copy is hand-checkmarked by Clive "Horseradish Hair" Harriet on a tipped in brown craft paper indicia to indicate quality control.

Aymui Bessho lives in Japan. At university, Bessho studied psychology and art therapy. Bessho has participated in group exhibitions in London, New York, and Beijing and has created two solo exhibitions in Japan. She was recently included in the anthology Alive Outside (Neoglyphic Media). Bessho creates a new picture daily using colours found in nature.
