Droan: A Graphic Novel

Story by Arun Kolatkar, illustrated by Nachiket Kalbhande

Following the defeat of the Demon King Raavan, Prince Ram decides to celebrate by hosting a party for the apes that helped fight his war. And in order for them to enjoy human luxuries, he grants them all the magical ability to transform into humans and celebrate alongside their prince to their heart's content. But when attraction to human life grows, a conflict arises between the apes, forcing them to question what it means to be human. 

Droan is a contemporary tale created by Arun Kolatkar that directly follows the events of the ancient Hindu myth "Ramayan".
