The final battle between Daybreak, the world's greatest hero, and Doc Matter, her arch-nemesis. Both of them strange visitors from a mysterious, faraway planet. One light, the other dark; polar opposites of one another, locked in an endless struggle... until now...

After a lifetime of war between them, the ultimate conflict between Daybreak and Doc Matter has ended. Good has triumphed. But in the months follow Doc Matter's fall, Daybreak slowly realizes her greatest enemy wasn't fighting with her during their final battle. He was fighting FOR her.
